• Comparable LOTS sold report $19

  • This report will include all realtor sales of lots in units 1, 2, and 3 or St Johns side of Flagler Estates within the last 6 months. Each record will show asking price, sold price, date sold, parcel, address, lot size, and short legal. The report will contain only the properties that have closed and will usually list over 30 records. You do not need to fill out any additional info below, only payment details. The report is available immediately after payment by downloading an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

• Custom Comparable properties sold report $70

  • This personalized report will include 3-10 records of comparable property that has been sold through MLS or by owner within the last 6 months. We cover St Johns and Flagler counties including all units of Flagler Estates or any other parts of the counties. The records are drown from various reliable sources and may include: parcel, address, legal description, price and date sold, size, sometimes map, purchaser's and other information.
