yes this home is fire proof and completely energy free. This home gets a a reduction in homeowners becuase of this reason. Yes he can build  or you can have a shell built on your lot and you can finish the home yourself. If you finish the home yourself we have a bank that does sweat equity for you. This subdivision is located off of exit 501 off of 95. This home was in the Parade of homes Yesterday and the judges were in awe and said that they would have to start a new catagory just for this home becuase nothing compares to this home in any catagory. This home was tested for 155 mph winds. Everything is this home is plumb. The roof is completely flat. This also comes with a tankless water system, granite, hardwood 42 inch raised panel cabinets, recessed lighting, sprinklers, garage door openers, tile, pavers in driveway,Anderson Windows that are double paned, high impact, and block all UV rays.
Dir, 95 s to exit 501 go left  go to 4th light go right on clearlake road then left on plunkenbalum Rd and Sierra Lakes will be on yur right.

Where can I see pictures? Inside and out? I am not a flat roof guy...
Florida has too much roof rot. The roof needs to be sloped to carry away the bad stuff that gets on them.

But I am interested in more info please send a website link.

The builder is currently doing shell packages for $50 - $60 a square foot. The $50 sq ft is with no plumbing, electrical or sheet rock in the walls, Only rough plumbing will be installed for this price. The $60 sq ft consists of all electrical, plumbing and sheet rock. We have contractors available for completion work if necessary if you dont finished the home  yourself or you can bring in your own. So an example a 1500 sq ft Shell Pkg at $50 sq ft would be %75,000. Will let  you know when the first seminar is available. This is an opportunity for all land owners that are looking for builders that will build out in FE.

If your builder built a shell/home with electric, plumbing and sheet rock for $60 per square foot, what type of exterior finish would be included at that price?

currently the builder has a program that will let you not make any payments for up to one year after permits are pulled. This is a great opportunity for all those lot owners who are making payments that are trying to sell. This give you the opportunity to build a home on your lot and sell it while it is being built a not have a payment. If interested give me a call. You will not be able to get this with any other real Estate Company. Principials Only

A question for home owners in the Philippines - is it worth getting house insurance, buildings and contents or whatever?
I am aware one can get it but is it worth it, would it pay out if required?

Thanks
