I've owned a pretty piece of property on Melanie since 2004. Back then I was surprised to find out after purchase that there were impact fees. Looking back now I realize they were comparably reasonable. Unfortunately I doubt if I'll ever to be able to put that nice mobile on the property due to the fees. Does anyone know if I can I camp on my property with an RV for a few weeks at a time?

Unfortunately, as far as I know St. Johns County does not allow living in an RV  in any  of its zoning districts, including open rural ó zoning for FE.  It would be nice if we could change that, over the years I have seen huge interest in being able to park and live in an RV. Iím wondering if this can be changed, and perhaps an amendment could be passed  to allow living in RVs in, say, open rural zonied areas This could be especially  interesting  to folks with tiny houses.  Letís take a vote. .
