SALT LAKE CITY ó An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent accused of slamming a manís face into a concrete floor has been indicted in Utah. Jon Martinson Jr. is accused of violating federal laws and constitutional rights that forbid the use of unreasonable force by law enforcement officers.
ICE is responsible for removing immigrants who are in the country illegally.
