Five causes of action brought against the PGA Tour by Vijay Singh were dismissed in New York Supreme Court by Judge Eileen Bransten.
Among the counts dismissed is for negligence, emotional distress and public ridicule brought on by the Tour’s suspension of Singh for his January 2013 admission that he used Deer Antler Spray, which contains IGF-1, a synthetic growth hormone on the list of banned substances under the Tour’s anti-doping program.
