As our state legislators return to Tallahassee and hash out partisan politics — hopefully better than their brethren in Washington, D.C. — here’s an idea whose time has come ... and gone ... and needs to come again.
In 1992, the legislature passed a law called the Sadowski Act. It was named for former Florida Secretary of Community Affairs Bill Sadowski, who was killed in an airplane crash here, attempting to land at the St. Augustine Airport.
